Trust Operating System™
Every organization runs on trust. The Trust Operating System makes trust visible, measurable, and manageable.
Core Diagnostic
The Trust Playbook: A diagnostic for the state of trust, with tactics for repairing, maintaining, and extending trust.
Lead yourself
Know Where You Stand: Read three landscapes (terrain, team, and self) to build better situational awareness before making decisions.
Threshold Leaders: A practice for leading well under pressure, from awareness to motivation to action.
Lead your people
The Six Human Needs at Work: A framework for understanding the root causes of disengagement so you can build trust.
Three-Lever Leadership: An in-the-moment framework for faster decisions and more effective influence using three levers to make a decision: change behavior, hold a boundary, or tweak the operating model.
Lead your organization
Alignment: A diagnostic built on the 4S model (strategy, structure, processes, and skills) that shows what's constraining performance.
Comprehensive Quality Planning: A healthcare planning framework that builds alignment and trust by putting quality at the center of every goal.

“Read the Need, Meet the Need”
The Trust Playbook and Six Human Needs in practice: Rebuilding trust between medical staff and leadership at an independent community hospital
Trust between medical staff and leadership had deteriorated. Physician and APP engagement scored below the 35th percentile nationally.
Read the Need: A three-phase assessment (desk review, leadership interviews, medical staff interviews) revealed four root causes, primarily structural.
Meet the Need: A two-phase recovery plan with a 90-day stabilization sprint for the highest-priority problems, followed by a multi-month maturation plan to repair key strategy and structural gaps. Key changes in the first 90 days:
Role clarity for select leadership positions
Revised contracts and compensation metrics for select specialties
Quarterly sessions with medical staff, leadership, and board participation to strengthen communication
